PURPOSE: A method of backing up subscriber data of an HLR(Home Location Register) in real time in a mobile communication network is provided to minimize the number of data transmission times to reduce load of a LAN and the HLR, and to back up a subscriber database of the HLR in real time, so as to supply a constant service to mobile terminal subscribers by using the backup database even when the HLR has a failure. CONSTITUTION: In a database updating generation standby step(502), an HLR waits for an event for changing a subscriber database. If the HLR receives the event, the HLR changes the subscriber database(503). If the changing process is successful, the HLR decides a kind of the changing(504). If the kind is a data updating, the HLR operates a data transmission algorithm by a buffer size and a critical time(506-508). |
