PURPOSE: Provided is a dielectric ceramics composition comprising Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3(PFN) including rare earth metal oxide(RE2O3) as a main raw material, and CuO as an additive. The composition has ultrafine particles(<=0.8micrometer) and is sintered at low temperature(1100deg.C). CONSTITUTION: The dielectric ceramics composition is prepared by the following steps: wet ball-milling PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, RE2O3 as a grain growth inhibitor, and CuO as a sintering aid for the composition expressed by the formula, Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 +xRE2O3 + yCuO, where 0.00<x<=0.05, 0.00<y<=0.05, and RE is one or more of La, Pr, Nd, Am, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, and Yb; drying and calcining at 900deg.C; forming; sintering at 1000-1300deg.C in air.
