PURPOSE: A form system is provided to couple easily regardless of the installation conditions of an inner form, to simplify the dismantling of a form after curing the concrete surface and to reduce manpower and working hours. CONSTITUTION: The form system comprises: an inner form(10) containing a reinforcing support(12) attached to the outside of a flat board(11) and a fixing support(13) attached on the reinforcing support(12); an outer form(20) containing a horizontal support(23) formed on a horizontal support(22) and an outer bracket(24) attached to a sidewall of the horizontal support(23) and the upper side of the flat board perpendicularly; a plate tie(30) containing pin holes formed on both ends of a body, retreated vulnerable parts(33)(33') inclined inward together with hanging projections extended toward in the pin holes, a projection(34) formed on the other side of the vulnerable part(33') and a hanging piece(36) with a pin hole; a connection member(40) formed to be projected to the outside of the inner form(10) by connecting the other end of the plate tie(30); and an inner bracket(50) for supporting the other end of the connection member(40) projected to the outside of the inner form(10) to be coupled by a pin(P4).
