PURPOSE: A lottery ticket e-mail system is provided to offer individual advertisement through the Internet by adding a lottery ticket function to e-mail and making a recipient, who receives e-mail, watch an advertisement registered by a sender in the process of a lottery. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses a lottery ticket e-mail site, which the user joined, through the Internet(s1,s2). The user inputs his ID and password and logs in to the site(s3). The user clicks on a button of a type selection bar to select a desired e-mail type(s4). If the user clicks on a desired e-mail type selection button, an e-mail preparation page is opened. The user inputs the address and description of a desired lottery site and makes out e-mail(s5). If the user clicks on a lottery ticket e-mail send button(s6), a lottery ticket e-mail company's computer automatically grants a lottery date and a lottery number to the e-mail(s7). Then the e-mail containing the lottery site address, the lottery date and the lottery number is transmitted to a recipient's address(s8). Information for the transmitted lottery ticket e-mail is stored in the form of a database(s9).
