<p>The sub node detection method in a multiplex wavelength switching system has sub nodes with levels of granularity. Information is collected about traffic across the switching node. The sub node able to search to the level of granularity is found, and each successive sub node corresponding to the switching constraints considered. The level of granularity is selected which corresponds to the switching constraints.</p> |
