PURPOSE: A vehicle tray cover structure is provided to simplify the structure of the tray cover and preventing the cover from being opened easily by an outer impact, thereby improving the performance and the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tray cover structure includes a housing(10) mounted in a center facia panel, a rotatable cover(11) hinge-coupled at a side of an opened upper end of the housing, and an "L"-shaped latch(17) as a locking element, wherein a spring(16) is mounted inside at the opposite side of the opened upper end of the housing where the cover is opened or closed, and the L-shaped latch is mounted between the spring and the outer periphery of the housing, so that a locking holder(18) is locked or unlocked by the elasticity of the spring.
