APPARATUS FOR AUTO-DETERMINATION OF FALLING STRENGTH OF SINTERED MINERAL AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic apparatus for determining falling strength of sintered minerals to rapidly and accurately measure the falling strength to ensure improved quality of the sintered minerals. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a sintering device(100) including a sintering truck(2) to transfer sintered minerals(4) to a distribution part(5) and a collision plate(6) to receive falling minerals from the truck; a photo-sensor located opposite to the truck(2) to identify distribution of the sintered minerals; a vibration sensor attached at lower portion of the collision plate to sense vibration generated by falling minerals onto the plate(6); an amplifier to amplify voltage signal from the vibration sensor; V/I convertor to change the voltage signal into current signal; and dispersion control device(D.C.S.) to receive the current signal, to select desirable identified signal from the sintered mineral, to measure falling strength along the current signal and to analyze the result.
