PURPOSE: A golf ball having uniform distribution of weight without demand of centerless cutting process is provided by processing the golf ball with multi-layers including at least one of surface layers with a density equal to its core material. CONSTITUTION: The golf ball comprises a spherical core portion(10) made of a first material; an inner surface layer(11) enclosing the core portion with a density of about 1.18g/cm¬2 equal to the core portion; and further an outer surface layer(12) made of a second material with the same density to the core portion and enclosing the layer previously covering the core portion. The surface layer can be formed of any one selected from urethane, balata, ionomer resin alone or in combination with two of them. The core portion is preferably made of polybutadiene and zinc monomer.
