PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flavor characteristic of flakes of dried bonito not be impaired. SOLUTION: A heater 1 is equipped with a transportation body 3 on which flakes 2 of dried bonito are placed, a placing net 6 on which Bincho charcoal 7 (hard charcoal produced in Wakayama prefecture, Japan) is placed, a charcoal receiving tray 9 for receiving burnt residue of the charcoal and a burner 8 for igniting the charcoal. Flakes of dried bonito are delivered to the heater 1 and the flakes 2 of dried bonito delivered to the heater 1 is heated by the Bincho charcoal 2. |
