PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily arrange an engine, a hydraulic pump, a radiator, a fuel tank, a revolving motor, a boom mounting portion, a hydraulic fluid tank and a driver's seat on the revolving base of a small microscopic revolution type backhoe having the boom mounting portion alongside the driver's seat. SOLUTION: This revolving working machine includes a revolving base 11 supported on a traveling element in such a manner as to freely revolve around a vertical axis of revolution X, and also includes a working device having a freely oscillating boom. A horizontal partition wall is provided on a longitudinal portion of the revolving base 11 and the engine 13 is disposed transversely on the portion of the revolving base 11 behind the partition wall. The hydraulic pump 15 is positioned on one side of the engine 13 along the horizontal direction and the radiator 14 is positioned on the other side. The fuel tank 87, the revolving motor 72, the boom mounting portion 26, and the hydraulic fluid tank 16 are arranged in that order from one horizontal side to the other side, on the portion of the revolving base 11 ahead of the partition wall, and the driver's seat 12 is positioned alongside the boom mounting potion 26 on the side opposite to the hydraulic fluid tank 16.
