PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a connecting head small-sized and lightweight by reducing the number of volume chambers formed in the connecting head and at the same time, eliminate economic disadvantages such as the obstruction of circulation of a cooling liquid by the deposition of an incrustation and the like and the replacement of parts due to their partial damage. SOLUTION: In the connecting head 9, a liquid chamber 13 which is connected to a gap passage 7 at the base end side of an outer pipe 2 and has an inner pipe 3 passing through internally, a first piping threaded hole 16 into which one of piping members 14 communicating with the liquid chamber 13, is screwed, an engaging recessed part 19 with which a collar part 18 fixed to the outer periphery of the base end part of the inner pipe 3 is engaged from the base end side in such a manner that the collar part 18 is freely attachable/detachable, a fitting hole 20 into which the inner pipe 3 is fitted in a freely drawable/ insertable manner and a second piping threaded hole 23 into which the other piping member 21 communicating with the inner passage 6 of the inner pipe 3 is screwed and which is connected to the base end side of the engaging recessed part 19.
