SOLUTION: A circular arc groove 22 with its center on a spindle of a saw blade 13 is formed on the blade cover 19, and a stepped pin 23 free to insert into a through hole 34 formed on a peripheral edge part 32 of a safety cover 29 by pressing operation to the inside of the blade cover 19 as well as free to slide along the groove 22 and energized in the separating direction from the safety cover 29 is provided on the blade cover 19.
