PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe device that is maintained fixedly at a position pulled prescribed volume of an inner case from an outer case automatically or by simple operation when pulling the inner case from the outer case to a fixed position by means of a stopper means connecting to a reinforced part installed in the inner case of the syringe device. SOLUTION: A hook unit 20 is attached at an outer case 11 of a body of a syringe 10 and a hook body 21 constructing the hook unit 20 is fixed to the outer part 11 by inserting a flange 14 to a slit 21b. A ditch 21c is formed at the surface of the hook body 21. A hook 22 is attached movably to the inside of the ditch 21c with a moving axis 23 and the hook 22 is retained at the position near an edge part of a ditch 21a of the hook body 21 by an action of a winding coil spring 24. In the case an inner case 12 is operated to pulling direction, a reinforcing part 17 passes through the hook 22, but in the case trying to move to returning direction, the hook 22 connects to the reinforcing part 17 and fixed to the position. |
