PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a use of characters or the like lightly drawn by a florescent writing instrument in home as an interior having an illumination effect by making the characters fluoresce and to enable notes to be freely taken by using the instrument in the dark. SOLUTION: A paper holder 1 comprises a clip 3 for nipping paper between the clip 3 and a flat plate-like holder base 2, an ultraviolet LED 4 mounted in the clip 3, and a photodiffusion member 5 built in its distal end to diffuse a light of the LED. The paper in which the characters or the like are drawn by the fluorescent writing instruments of various colors is held by the holder 1, a room is darkened, and the LED 4 is lit. The ultraviolet ray is diffused in the member 5 to uniformly illuminate the entire surface of the paper. Thus, the characters or the like drawn on the paper fluoresce to brightly illuminate. Since the characters or the like drawn by a nib of the instrument on the paper are made to emit light by the ultraviolet ray, notes can be freely taken even in the dark without feeling an inconvenience. |
