<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sulfur material useful for a use of a concrete for civil engineering and construction, an aggregate for a mortar and the like by treating a material, which needs a pretreatment of a fresh water washing or the like to use as the aggregate because of including a chloride of sodium chloride or the like more than a predetermined amount (e.g. sea sand, incinerated ash or the like), is difficult to utilize for the concrete and the like because of including a hazardous material like a general and industrial waste material (e.g. incinerated ash, fly ash, steel slag or the like) or the like, with sulfur or a denatured sulfur. SOLUTION: The sulfur material is manufactured by fusing and mixing a component (A) of 10 to 50 mass % and a component (B) of 50 to 90 mass % at 135-155 deg.C and after that, granulating a fused mixture thereof, wherein the component (A) is a sulfur binder and the component (B) is an inorganic material of a chloride concentration of 0.02 to 10 mass %.</p> |
