PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical controller allowing suppressing of tool wear and realizing of machining at high speed and with high accuracy, also when a contact relation of a tool and a workpiece is special, and a CAM system capable of imparting proper information to the numerical controller. SOLUTION: This numerical controller takes out contact positional information of the tool and the workpiece when a machining program 5 is analyzed in analyzing parts 11 and 31 and calculates a main spindle number of revolution command value in main spindle number of revolution calculating parts 14 and 38 based on the information. In the CAM system, the contact positional information of the tool and the workpiece is calculated for the machining program provided for the numerical controller and is added to the machining program 5. |
