PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a refrigerant tube 1 can be manufactured easily and used to increase the efficiency of a heat exchanger, and a device therefor. SOLUTION: The refrigerant tube 1 for the heat exchanger is manufactured by forming a plate member 2. This method is provided with a step by which a plurality of bending portions 3 are formed by putting the plate member 2 in the desired space and cutting it mat-wise and a step by which the ends of a plurality of the bending portions 3 are made to contact with a flat portion 5 of the plate member 2, and also the ends of the both sides of the plate members are made to joint in order to form a flow passage 4 for a refrigerant. |
