摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator room structure of rail road vechicle, capable of improving the safety of the rail road vechicle by holding a space between panel and a seat at the collision. SOLUTION: A operator room 4 contains the panel 6 and a seat 7 provided at a preset space x1. An approximate rod collision load transmitting member 12 is provided between a front end structure 2 and a supporting portion 9 of the seat 7. The supporting portion 9 of the seat 7 is fixed separable from a underframe 3 of the vechicle 1 to provide for collision load transmitted from the collision load transmitting member 12. When the vechicle 1 collides on its front side and the front end structure is moved back, the collision load is transmitted via the collision load transmitting member 12 to the supporting portion 9 of the seat 7 and then the seat 7 can be moved back. Even when the front end structure 2 is moved only a1 back at collision, a space of about x1 is kept between the panel 6 and the seat 7 after collision because of the existance of the collision load transmitting member 12 to hold a survival space for a crew member.
