PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a subject matter for reducing a manufacturing cost by eliminating a shrink film covering an entire container and further reducing a troublesome work for opening a seal. SOLUTION: There is provided a container having a lid in which the container is comprised of a cylindrical container main body having a bottom section opened to face in an upward direction and a lid for use in closing an opening part of the container main body. A flange part projecting in an outward direction from an upper end toward a lower position by a predetermined amount is circumferentially provided at the container main body. The lid covers from outside an area ranging from an upper end of the container main body to the flange part and the lid is adhered to the upper surface of the flange part in such a way that it can be opened or closed.
