PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert an endo-therapy accessory smoothly with slight pressing force, without enlarging the angle of the endo-therapy accessory insertion passage relative to the main penetrating passage, by providing with a guide face for an endo-therapy accessory which lessens contacting angle of the endo-therapy accessory to an inside face of the main penetrating passage from the endo- therapy accessory insertion passage. SOLUTION: The insertion passage 16 for the endo-therapy accessory provided at a divergent section 13 of a branch passage formation 11, slants so as to make an angleθa to the main penetration passage 15 of the main body. An accessory guide member 20 is fixedly mounted on an opening position from the accessory insertion passage 16 to the main penetrating passage 15. The upside of the accessory guide member 20 works as an accessory guide face 20a. The accessory guide face 20a makes a slanting angleθb, and the angleθb is made smaller thanθa.
