PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a transfer roller between a web cutting device and a web folding device, as would be necessary in a conventional device for manufacturing a stack of folding webs which uses air suction to hold the folding line parts of the folding webs to the outer peripheral surface of a folding roller. SOLUTION: Both blade rollers 23 and 23 are arranged in proximity to each other under a condition in which the blade 24 of one blade roller 23 meets a recess groove 25 in the other blade roller 23. Also, both rollers 23 and 41 are arranged in proximity to each other under a condition in which the blade of the one blade roller 23 meets a recess groove 44 in one folding roller 41. Further, both folding rollers 41 and 41 are arranged in proximity to each other under a condition in which the rib 43 of the one folding roller 41 meets the recess groove 44 in the other folding roller 41. Therefore, a transfer roller between the blade roller 23 and the folding roller 41 can be omitted.
