PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collisional form judgement device devised free to detect a diagonal collisional state of a vehicle with high precision. SOLUTION: The collisional form judgement device 20 is furnished with a collisional form judgement means 30 to judge whether a collisional form of the vehicle is diagonal collision or not in accordance with vehicle deceleration G and left side and right side deceleration LG, RG, and this collisional form judgement means 30 includes a first integral computing means 31 to compute a vehicle deceleration integral value VG by integrating the vehicle deceleration G by time, a second integral computing means 32 to compute left and right deceleration integral values VL, VR by integrating each of the left and right deceleration LG, RG by time, an occupation rate computing means 36 to compute left and right occupation rates of collision in accordance with a left and right ratio on the left and right deceleration integral values VL, VR and a diagonal collision judgement means 37 to judge whether the collisional form of the vehicle is diagonal collision or not in accordance with a collision side deceleration integral value VK in the case when it is judged that there is possibility of the diagonal collision as a computation result by the occupation rate computing means 36.
