PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing agent excellent in weather resistance, stain resistance and water-resistant adhesion. SOLUTION: The sealing composition comprises (a) an acrylate copolymer bearing a reactive group reactive with a crosslinking agent or a self- crosslinkable reactive group, which is a polymer comprising an acrylate monomer unit as a main constituting unit, and contains an acrylate monomer unit having a cyclohexyl structure in its ester moiety in a ratio of 5-50 mass% based on the total amount of all constituting units and (b) a filler.
