PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of an automatic bread baking machine in a process of producing the bread. SOLUTION: At the bottom of a bread baking container 41, a cylindrical base 43, making a bayonet connection with a bread baking container mounting seat 42, and an annular rib 44 which is provided round the base 43 are provided, and the annular rib 44 is fitted inside the upper opening portion of the mounting seat 42, in the setting state of the bread baking container 41 on the mounting seat 42, therefore, when setting the bread baking container 41 onto the mounting seat 42, guiding the bottom portion of the base 43 of the bread container by the upper opening portion of the mounting seat 42 provides an easily settable automatic bread baking machine.
