发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING ORGANIC MATERIAL MICROPARTICLE AND ELECTRIC TWIST BALL DISPLAY USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing organic microparticles having a suitable size for a display device such as an electric twist ball display at a low cost by a simple method without mechanical process such as grinding. SOLUTION: This method of producing organic microparticles comprises the steps of preparing a raw material solution 5 in which an organic raw material is dissolved and a liquid 6 for precipitation which is controlled of the temperature and is stirred at a determined speed in a glass container 3, and making organic material microparticles 7 in the liquid 6 for precipitation by injecting small amount of the raw material solution 5 using a syringe or the like into the liquid 6 for precipitation, where the organic raw material is dissolved in a solvent having lower boiling point and higher solubility of the organic raw material than the liquid 6 for precipitation, thus producing organic material microparticles 7 having particle size of 20 to 300μm. Accordingly organic microparticles suitable for the electric twist ball display can be produced on a large scale at a low cost. The electric twist ball display can be manufactured using the microparticles.
