PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for an insect-repelling agent, hardly adsorbing an active ingredient and having no problem on disposing even on packaging an insect-repelling sheet impregnated with the agent containing a normal temperature vaporizable pyrethroid, to provide and packed insect- repelling agent. SOLUTION: This packaging material is constituted by having an outer surface layer consisting of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate having a metal-deposited layer or a metal oxide-deposited layer or the outer surface layer consisting of a laminated material of the biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate with aluminum foil, and a thermally adhesive resin layer consisting of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer or ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, and the packed insect-repelling agent prepared by using the above packaging material is provided.
