PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting piece having a canoe-shaped wall which can be installed between two plastic films by reducing the dowel time and/or the pressure of a jaw part. SOLUTION: This spout assembly comprises a spout hole drawing a boundary by a cylindrical wall extending through the spout assembly and first and second walls which support a plurality of horizontal seal ribs and are extended opposite to the cylindrical wall of the spout hole while the first and second walls and the horizontal seal rib form an area with the spout hole passing therethrough. The first and second walls, the cylindrical wall and the horizontal seal rib are relatively thin. |
