PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat characteristic of an injected rubber by shortening a cure time in the case of molding the rubber. SOLUTION: A hybrid gate system 2 has a grid gate 4 in a front step of a drop gate runner 10. The grid gate 4 has a region neighboring to the drop gate runner 10, the region having a plurality of passages spaced at an intersection angle they make to form an intersection direction flow of the rubber.
