PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely pour a pouring amount of ground consolidation agent determined in advance to obtain ground improving effect even if any of a plurality of pouring pipes causes blocking when a plurality of pouring pipes are inserted into holes drilled in the ground to pour the ground consolidation agent. SOLUTION: A pouring device for the ground consolidation agent consists of three pouring pipes 34-1, 34-2, 34-3, a first supply pump unit 22-1, a second supply pump unit 22-2, and a third supply pump unit 22-3 for supplying main agent liquid and hardener liquid, and a common control part 48 controlling the operation of each supply pump unit 22 so that a total amount for pouring urethane mixed liquid becomes the total amount set in advance. A pressure sensor 46 detecting blocking of each pouring pipe 34 is provided in each supply pump unit 22, and the control part 48 controls in such a way that pouring by normal pouring pipe is continued until reaching the set pouring amount when any of the pouring pipes 34 is blocked before pouring the set amount.
