PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply piping system capable of relieving generation of a water hammer and an increase in water pressure in a pipeline. SOLUTION: In this water supply piping system for connecting at least two or more branch piping 4a and 4b to a piping branch part 3 and repectively arranging passage opening-closing means 8 in the other end part of the branch piping, at least one branch piping is composed of flexible resin piping, and a check valve 5 with the shock absorbing function is arranged between the piping branch part and the branch piping. In the water supply piping system, at least one branch piping is composed of the flexible resin piping, a check valve 6 is arranged between the piping branch part and the branch piping, the branch piping is provided with a pressure detecting means 11 for detecting the water pressure in a pipe, and when the water pressure detected by the pressure detecting means becomes a prescribed value or more, the passage opening-closing means are operated, and a passage is put in an opening state.
