PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank structure of preventing a decrease in tank capacity while keeping welding quality by solving a problem of a conventional forklift tank with an outer plate disposed in such a way as to be recessed form the outside by the measurements equivalent to a fillet welding margin and the capacity of the tank is decreased. SOLUTION: In a vehicle frame for an industrial vehicle provided with a fuel tank and a actuating oil tank on either one of right or left sides of the frame, an outside surface 2 of the tank outer plate 1 is disposed generally flush with the most outer edge becoming the outer width of a fender 3, and an inner bending portion capable of fillet welding is provided at a edge in the fender side of the tank outer plate 1 becoming a welding portion with the fender 3.
