PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for collecting blood and a blood collecting system with which blood return and collection is possible only by inserting a syringe without a needle into a port as well as an operation is easily performed compared with commercial kits with favorable cost and an operation is safety without accidental needle piercing. SOLUTION: The blood collecting system for arterial line is constituted by incorporating a device for collecting blood having at least a pair of mixing and pouring port A and B. The device for collecting blood system for arterial line has at least the pair of mixing and pouring port A and B.
