PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of masking an unpleasant taste and a smell of a yeast extract containing glutathione, and comprising the extract administrable after dissolution in the mouth. SOLUTION: This method for producing the composition containing a yeast essence containing glutathione comprises a process for obtaining a solidified substance by compression molding yeast essence powder containing glutathione under an anhydrous condition, a process for grinding and granulating the obtained solidified substance and a process for coating the granule obtained by the grinding with a nonaqueous coating agent. This composition is obtained by the method. |
