PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cooling passage in a motor control device (inverter) which controls a motor for a motor assist device for a vehicle and to adjust a cooling water temperature easily and also to eliminate restriction for arrangement of a cooling device. SOLUTION: A cooling passage 5 connected with a cooling road in an engine 2 is arranged in a motor housing 4 which installs a motor for a motor assist device for a vehicle and an assist cooling device is formed with the cooling passage 5 connected to a radiator 6, a water pump 7 and an engine 2 in order. And at rear side of a vehicle 1 a different and independent cooling device 9 is arranged. The cooling device 9 is formed with a water pump 11 and a radiator 12 installed in a lateral rod brace 16. As for the size of the cooling device 9 can be decided on a basis of a calorific value of an inverter 8 only. |
