PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyethylene composition suitable for producing a film excellent in heat-sealing characteristics, antistatic characteristics and easily tearing characteristics. SOLUTION: This polyethylene composition consists of 50-90 pts.wt. of a polyethylene (A), 5-40 pts.wt. of the ionomer (B) of an ethylene.unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer with an alkali metal and 5-40 pts.wt. of a cyclic olefin polymer (C).
