PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident wherein a sheet material 16 vigorously driven between presser belts 8a and 8b hits directly an operator even in the case where the thin sheet material 16 likely uncapable of being pinched between caterpillar chains 5a and 5b and the presser belts 8a and 8b is carried in by mistake by the operator on an inlet side A. SOLUTION: In the case where the sheet material 16 is not held between the caterpillar chains 5a and 5b and the presser belts 8a and 8b, and driven with circualr saw shafts 20a and 20b, and cutter shafts 26a, 26b and 30a, 30b, though a wheel 37 of a lower arm 36 of a stopper is pushed by the driven sheet material 16, since pivot of the lower arm 36 is quicker than rotation of a one-way clutch 36, the pivot of the lower arm 36 is suppressed by the one-way clutch 36, and the sheet material 16 is surely stopped by the wheel 37. Then, the driven sheet material 16 does not hit the operator on a derivery side.
