PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate clogging by easily and rapidly washing a filter element. SOLUTION: The internal space 11 of a container 10 is divided into a primary space 14 having a fluid inlet part 13 and a secondary space 16 having a fluid outlet part 15 by a partition wall 12, and a plurality of communication holes (17A and 17B) allowing the primary and secondary spaces 14 and 16 to communicate with each other are provided to the partition wall 12. The filter elements (20A and 20B) are provided so as to cover the respective communication holes (17A and 17B) of the partition wall 12. Washing covers (30A and 30B), which are moved from the standby position in the primary space 14 by the operation force from the outside of the container 10 to cover the filter elements (20A and 20B) and located at a cutting-off position for cutting off the primary space 14, are provided and a discharge passage 35, which allows the internal spaces (38A and 38B) of the washing covers (30A and 30B) to communicate with the outside of the container 10 when the washing covers (30A and 30B) are located at the cutting-off position, is formed.
