The system for cleaning a manure conduit (4) involves a conduit transporting manure to a distributor unit (10) and a coupling unit (3), which connects a manure feed and a cleaning fluid to the conduit. The cleaning fluid is atmospheric air under pressure. A cleaning component is displaceable through the conduit under the force of the air. The coupling unit involved has a first channel provided with a first coupling for connecting the channel to the atmospheric air feed and a second coupling for coupling the channel to the manure conduit. A branch channel is connected to the first channel and at its free outer end is provided with a third coupling for connecting it to the manure feed.
