VAPOR STERILIZER AND VAPOR STERILIZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor sterilizer of a simple structure which can accurately perform sterilization and its sterilizing method. SOLUTION: A vapor jacket (10) is formed between the inner and outer tanks for a sterilizing can (3) of double-structure. A vapor generator (4) is closely arranged beneath the sterilizing can (3) in a way of direct connection and successively connected to the bottom of a processing chamber (16) inside the sterilization can (3). Plural filters for removing bacteria (18), (19) are arranged in series in an exhaust system route (7) being led out from the upper part of the processing chamber (16). A vapor heating coil (5) is fixed in the vapor generator (4), and the supply of purified water to the vapor generator (4) is made available. A vacuum pump (23) is communicated and connected with the inside of the processing chamber (16).
