PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing mulberry-leaf powder comprising pulverizing mulberry leaves without missing the active ingredient of mulberry leaves while keeping a bright green color thereof. SOLUTION: This method for producing mulberry-leaf powder comprises the following processes: a mowing process for mowing mulberry leaves; a selection process for removing foreign substances from mowed mulberry leaves; a washing process for washing mulberry leaves selected in the selection process, in washing water; a soaking process for soaking mulberry leaves washed in the washing process; a steam branching process for steam-branching the soaked mulberry leaves in the soaking process, in a steam branching machine; a drying process for drying the steam-branched mulberry leaves in the steam-branching process, through putting them into a drying machine; and a pulverizing process for pulverizing the mulberry leaves dried in the drying process, through putting them into a pulverizing machine. |
