摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold improved soil to be manufactured in a state suitable for force-feeding, without greatly decreasing its strength. SOLUTION: The relationship among the density of weak soil input to a kneading device 32, the input of cement milk, and the strength of the improved soil to be manufactured in initially input to a control device 133. Based on the relationship, the control device 133 determines the input of the cement milk from a result output from a density analyzer 121 and predetermined strength which the improved soil should exhibit, and detects pressure in a transfer pump 127 when the cement milk is kneaded into the weak soil in an amount of input thus determined. If the pressure in the transfer pump 127 is equal to or greater than a preset pressure, the control device 133 adjusts the amount of dilution water to be infused and the amount of cement milk to be added, on the basis of the relationship, so that the pressure is not greater than the predetermined value.
