PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely inform the timing of maintenance and that it is a time to replace consumable parts with new ones. SOLUTION: The rice polisher is provided with an addition means for adding the amount of rice to be polished for bran removal in a rice polishing part 4 and calculating the integrated value of the amount, a determination means for determining whether the integrated value for the rice amount reaches a prescribed value or not, and a display means for displaying the result from the determination means to inform a user of the timing of maintenance and that it is a time to replace consumable parts with new ones.
