PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of providing a easy tearing property without giving mechanical wear to a plastic film, having good appearance characteristics and commercial value with a smooth outer surface, and having a good hygienic property because of no dust deposition. SOLUTION: The easily openable packaging bag comprises a bag made of a laminate comprising a heat-sealable resin layer and a resin layer having oriented molecules, wherein the molecular orientation of the resin layer at least at a part for starting opening or its neighborhood is substantially disappeared.
