PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly determine a counter steer state. SOLUTION: A counter steer determining section (60) in an electronic control unit inputs an actual yawing acceleration (RGY), and also a computed yawing acceleration (Gy) computed from a vehicle body speed (RVB) and a steering angle (θS), and detects the counter steer state when the actual yawing acceleration is higher than the computed yawing acceleration.
