PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syndiotactic polypropylene-based copolymer composition capable of giving a molding having good balance between heat resistance, abrasion resistance, transparency and flexibility, and to obtain such a molding by the use of the composition. SOLUTION: This syndiotactic polypropylene-based copolymer composition is characterized by comprising (A) 1-99 pt(s).wt. of a syndiotactic polypropylene- based copolymer characterized by being composed of (A1) propylene-derived structural unit, (A2) structural unit derived from at least oneα-olefin selected from the group consisting of ethylene and 4-20Cα-olefins and (A3) structural unit derived from conjugated polyene and/or nonconjugated polyene and having substantially syndiotactic structure and (B) 99-1 pt(s).wt. of a syndiotactic polypropylene having substantially syndiotactic structure and a melting point (Tm) of >=110 deg.C.
