<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a tank made of a resin which can form the seal surface of a through hole in high surface roughness at a low cost without adopting complex processing. SOLUTION: A tool 100 with a blade is set inside the mold surface of a molding mold 30. When a parison is expanded in the mold 30, the parison is brought into contact with the peripheral wall of the tool 100, and the inside wall surface of the through hole 12 is molded by the peripheral wall of the tool 100, so that a hollow body T is formed. After that, by cutting only the upper part of the resin parison partially by the blade part 102 of the tool 100, the washer tank 10 having a through hole 12 is formed. The parison pieces, after the through hole 12 being formed, are held to be prevented from falling into the hollow body T to be left, so that a process in which the mold 30 is open, the hollow body T is taken out, and the parison pieces are removed is made unnecessary. Accordingly, manhours can be decreased to reduce costs.</p> |
