PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying reel for conveying a plurality of electronic parts or the like, keeping the volume of an entire package constant irrespective of the characteristic of the electronic parts to be conveyed, and a conveying method using it. SOLUTION: The conveying reel 4 comprises a flange part 5 having a first surface and a second surface opposite and approximately parallel to the first surface, and a hub part 6 provided between the first and second surfaces for connecting the flange part thereto. The hub part 6 is provided with a bearing part 7 against which a shaft for use in taking out each of the electronic parts 2 after they are conveyed is supported. A space to store desiccants, that is, a desiccant storage part 8, is formed in the portion of the hub part 6 other than the bearing part 7. A desiccant 9 is stored in the storage part 8, and the conveying reel 4 with the desiccant 9 stored therein is sealed inside a moisture- proof bag 10. Thereafter, the sealed moisture-proof bag 10 is packaged and conveyed. |
