PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chucking pin of a feeding pencil having sufficiently large resin density and no gate mark. SOLUTION: This chucking pin is manufactured as follows by a mold having a fixed mold 11 and a movable mold 12 for forming a cavity 13 of a chucking pin shape. First, the molds 11, 12 are clamped by a low pressure, a molten resin is injected in the cavity 13 to slightly open the molds 11, 12 to fill the resin while increasing the volume of the cavity 13. Then, the molds 11, 12 are clamped by a high pressure to circulate the excess resin in the cavity 13, to shut off the cavity 13 and to further compress the resin in the cavity 13. |
