PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin composition excellent in the control of termite using a small amount of a termite repellent agent irrespective of agricultural chemicals or non-agricultural chemicals, and a polyurethane foam produced from the polyurethane resin composition and heat insulating materials or heat insulators for architecture obtained from the same are provided. SOLUTION: To the polyurethane resin obtained by reacting with a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, in the polyurethane resin composition having at least a kind of an anti-termite agent, a foaming agent, a flame retardant, a catalyst and a bubble controlling agent. The polyurethane resin composition having the anti-termite repellency which is characterized by modifying using (A) a polyester polyol composed of an aromatic polybasic acid and a polyalcohol as a polyol component, or (B) a polyol chosen from at least one of a polyalkylene oxide adduct of a thrylenediamine is provided. |
