PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-controlling building material remarkably excellent in moisture absorption-desorption performance, capable of sufficiently corresponding to a short-term fluctuation of temperature and also to a long-term fluctuation of moisture, and exhibiting an excellent moisture-condensation- proofness and an excellent moisture controlling property. SOLUTION: The moisture controlling building material comprises calcium silicate board or slate board, with its moisture absorption-desorption performance improved by an acid treatment. |
